salve! sto cercando una ricetta per fare il maraschino. sono nella fase in cui i noccioli di amarene sono sotto spirito da 4 mesi e ora devo preparare l'aggiunta dello sciroppo zuccherato.
qualcuno ha dei suggerimenti sulla quantità di zucchero?

500g d'alcool a 90°, 300g di noccioli dì amarene, 400g di zucchero, 400g d'acqua.
Preparazione
Mettete i noccioli di amarene in un vaso, coperti dall'alcool e lasciateli macerare per tre mesi. Trascorso il tempo previsto filtrate l'alcool. Preparate uno sciroppo facendo bollire l'acqua e zucchero per 10 minuti circa. Filtrate lo sciroppo ottenuto e mescolatelo all'alcool. Imbottigliate e dopo due giorni filtrate di nuovo. Ripete quest'ultima azione fino a che il liquore non risulta essere limpido.
