First of all I would like to apologize: as you might have noticed I’m in Paris this month and sincerely, well, running around working, a-hum, and tasting french food has took almost all of my time. So – mea culpa – not only I had very few time for blogging in general, I also put much less time in this Donna Hay event than I would have liked to. So, thanks to all participants, (sorry if I didn’t reply to everyone!!) anyway here they are, your risottos for Donna. I hope it will give some inspiration to cook more risotto at home – I’ll certainly try some of the entries, I really will! – and, votes are now open … good luck to all!!

The giftbox includes a bottle of olive oil, a bottle of balsamico vinaiger, some exellent rice for risotto, a pesto that’s pretty similar to the one I make at home, a jar of black olive paste and one of orange zabaione.
C’è un po’di confusione, diversi links sono sbagliati, non si può votare.
mmm, they all sound so good, so many ingredients I love (in addition to the arborio!)…fennel, wild mushrooms, etc. As to the photos,we ate all of mine–butternut chicken &sage– before I learned of the contest and had a chance to take the picture!
They all sound great! By the way is anyone else having trouble seeing all the pictures?
I would eat so well if I could taste a bit of each! Bummer I missed it for lack of time and travel!
ma la versione italiana ci sara’?
mi sembra che in tutte le foto ci siano dei seri problemi di mantecatura; o sbaglio?
